My Reflection

I have been learning to make connections with my reading.  I found this easy because we needed to do what we thought they were thinking.  I can make a connection to this because my cat got lost for 6 days.  I felt really sad and I didn't know what to do.  I felt so happy when he came back because he was stuck in the shed.  My next step is to try to find connections when I read.

I have been learning to collect data using a tally graph.  I found this easy because all you needed to do is ask people what their favourite icecream was. I was surprised that so many liked Cookie and Cream.  My next step is to show the data  on different types of graphs.

I have been learning to find and summarise information in non-fiction text.   I found this hard because you have to find some informashon from the internet.  My next step is to keep learning to summarise.

Antonym Diamante Poem

My Reflection

i have been learning to write an antonym diamante poem. an antonym poem is an opersite
to something like hate and love,love is something nice,hate is something horrible.
I think its hard because I couldn't think of many words.  My next step is to choose an easier topic.

My Pepeha Art

This is my pepeha art. A pepeha is a way of introducing yourself in Maori. I have included my maunga (mountain) my awa (river,my culture and a place which is special to me. My favourite part of this was my colouring my person. I enjoyed doing my art work.
