Reflection:
I was learning to do recount writing. I know how to write similes in my writing. Now I need to look very closely to look for my full stops and my capital letters. It was tricky to use onomatopoeia because I do not know where it is supposed to go.

Well done Riley. You have used many of the features of a recount. Can you please check the sentence in your writing that has the orientation. I think you have got confused here. Remember the orientation sentence is the one where you say who, where and when.
